杨肯

杨肯是CILRAP成员、欧洲大学学院（European University Institute）博士候选人。他先后取得北京大学法学院法学学士与法学硕士，哈佛法学院法学硕士学位。他的研究方向为国际法史（尤其关注二十世纪中国的国际法）及国际主义。作为CILRAP研究员，他参与了多项CILRAP研究项目，并为TOAEP出版的手稿提供编辑协助。
